# Managani: full reference

## Definition

Managani is a product experience platform for founder-led and lean SaaS teams. It connects the complete growth loop: find demand, guide users, capture feedback, decide what to build, ship and announce changes, then learn from customer-linked activity. Open source is a core differentiator: the complete product goes public under AGPLv3 at v1.

## Product workflow

1. Reach: review public B2B demand signals and turn site, search, social, and manual evidence into content opportunities.
2. Guide: build web tours, highlights, targeted messages, surveys, and customer chat prompts.
3. Listen: collect public or private feedback, preserve signed customer and account context, moderate requests, and capture votes and comments.
4. Ship: move evidence into an editable roadmap, retain the original request, and publish linked changelog entries.
5. Learn: use focused product tracking, feedback, surveys, chat, and automation to review adoption, friction, and follow-up.

## Availability and licensing

The managed cloud is the supported product during beta. The complete application repository and supported self-hosting are planned for an AGPLv3 release when beta ends. Current status is documented at https://managani.com/open-source/.

The managed cloud product is in a free, capacity-controlled beta. Access requests are reviewed weekly; selection is not instant. Future cloud pricing is not final.

## Best fit and limits

Best fit: founder-led B2B SaaS, lean product, support, and customer-success teams, and teams that want customer context to survive each product handoff.

Not the best fit when the primary need is enterprise portfolio governance, warehouse-grade funnels, experimentation, session replay, a consumer-social firehose, or native customer-app onboarding.
