About Managani

Built from years of shipping SaaS.

Managani comes from Helpmonks Labs, the team behind Helpmonks, Razuna, Streamient, and Mailtwine. We built it after running into the same product communication mess across our own apps.

10:1
Why we built it

We kept solving the same handoff problem.

Users asked for something. Support knew the context. Product made the call. Release notes went out later. Then someone asked whether anyone adopted it. We wanted that story to stay intact.

1

One loop.

Feedback, roadmap, changelog, chat, tracking, surveys, tours, and highlights belong together.

2

No enterprise tax.

Small teams should not need enterprise procurement just to learn from users and ship better work.

3

Open at v1.

The v1 plan is code your team can inspect, run, and keep close to your own infrastructure.

What we believe

A few things we hold to.

The product reflects how we like to build: direct, practical, and allergic to needless handoffs.

01

Signal should stay connected.

A user request should keep its context all the way through planning, release notes, and follow-up.

02

Useful features should be included.

No maze of add-ons for the basic work: hear users, decide, ship, announce, and learn.

03

Teams should keep control.

Open source at v1 means teams can inspect the code, own the data path, and avoid lock-in.

Who builds it

A small team. Years shipping products people use.

Managani is built by the Helpmonks Labs team: the people behind Helpmonks, Razuna, and Streamient. We are self-funded, product-led, and building this because we needed it ourselves.

01

Founder-led.

Nitai leads Managani and the product work behind Helpmonks Labs.

02

Built from real SaaS work.

Support, assets, team knowledge, and product growth all shaped what Managani needs to be.

03

Direct support.

Email hi@managani.com. We read product feedback ourselves.
